Following your enquiry and booking, we progress on to the confirmation of the travel details for the party. For outbound flights, where appropriate, we provide advice on checking-in, presenting you with a sounding board to allow travel times to be firmed up and decided upon. The return or inbound journey is also handled on confirmation. Inbound journeys are slightly different; we supply either an information pack or a concierge service with a meet and greet board. Both our travel office and the driver who is assigned to the party will track the flight code in order to adjust the journey times ensuring a seamless service regardless of any scheduling changes en-route or prior to departure.
